Living into our values in 2024.

2024 was a pivotal year for our organization. It was the first year implementing our refreshed strategic plan and living into our new mission: to grow philanthropy’s capacity to do the transformative work of redistributing resources and power to underinvested communities across the Northwest and beyond.

To fulfill our mission, we shaped our work around three levels of transformation: empowering people, strengthening organizations and building thriving ecosystems. Our 2024 annual report details the work we did last year at each of these levels of transformation and a sneak peak at our plans for 2025 and beyond.
