Philanthropy Northwest Member Directory
The Philanthropy Northwest Online Member Directory serves two purposes: it allows grantmakers to publish information (in their own words) about their foundations or giving programs; it also serves as a comprehensive resource for grantseekers to use in identifying funding options. The Online Member Directory facilitates more appropriate grant requests, which saves time for grantwriters as well as grantmakers. This publication - now only available online - is a 12-month subscription allowing for ongoing research right from your desktop using this searchable, regularly updated database of Northwest grantmakers. This valuable reference includes individual listings of over 150 grantmaking organizations, including community foundations, corporate foundations, corporate giving programs, private foundation and public foundations. The directory allows grantseekers to search by type of support (e.g. capital building funds, start-up funding, multiple-year awards) and funding areas (e.g. arts, literacy/ESL, programs for women and girls). Sections on preparing grant proposals and sources of technical assistance for non-profits are included. Questions? Please contact our office with any questions, or click on the link above to find the answers to frequently asked questions.
