D.C. often seems far away – and it is – but what happens there has profound impacts here.
Showing up matters.
Each year, Philanthropy Northwest members and staff travel to Washington, D.C. for Foundations on the Hill to build relationships with federal elected officials, educate them about philanthropy’s role in society, and connect with other funders interested in public policy. Please join us this year on March 18 and 19.
WHY IT’S IMPORTANT
- Develop and strengthen your relationships with your members of Congress
- Share your views on the latest charitable legislation
- Tell stories about the good work your foundation is doing in the Northwest
- Connect with other funders interested in public policy
