Get on the Map: Make Sure Your Grants Are Counted

Get on the Map is a national initiative to create an interactive profile of grantmaking in the United States, including Philanthropy Northwest's six-state region, from 2011 to present day. This data-sharing project is a partnership of the Forum for Regional Association of Grantmakers — the umbrella group for organizations like Philanthropy Northwest — and Foundation Center.

The map helps answer questions like:

  • Who else is funding a particular issue in our region?
  • What organizations are tackling that issue?
  • Where are the funding gaps?
  • Who may be natural collaborators?
  • And much more...

Funders must submit their grantmaking data to Foundation Center to be included in this digital map; our region's profile is available to view as a member benefit for Philanthropy Northwest members. This webinar will help guide any funders interested in getting on the map and making sure their grants are counted.
