Join us for a special event to kick-off Philanthropy Northwest's Grantmakers of Color Network in Seattle. Come network with fellow grantmakers of color, staff and trustees, from the Washington area and listen in on our chat with special guests and provocateurs: Peter Bloch Garcia of Latino Community Fund, Lili Liu of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and June Wilson of Quixote Foundation.  Refreshments and drinks will be served.

Grantmakers of Color Network (GCN) is a regional network of Philanthropy Northwest to advance the interests of people of color in philanthropy and address the impact of racial disparity within philanthropic institutions and communities of color in the Pacific Northwest. Bringing together foundation professionals — trustees, program officers, administrative and technical staff  — GCN members add a needed perspective to philanthropic discourse and debate. Philanthropy Northwest will be providing opportunities for members to network and learn from peers through in-person events and online through webinar discussions, resource list and a GCN listserv.
