As part of its 20th Anniversary, NCFP is peering into the future of family philanthropy, our field and our society, and exploring ways to leverage the latest trends and opportunities.  This discussion, facilitated by June Wilson of the Quixote Foundation and Neil Sumilas of NCFP, will be part of a yearlong exploration with the NCFP Board, colleagues and other thought leaders in thinking about the future of family philanthropy. You’ll find a sample list of questions to consider below.  The findings will be presented at an NCFP 20th Anniversary Symposium to be held in San Francisco, September 13-14, 2018.

NOTE:  Lunch will be provided.  Please email with dietary restrictions.

Focus group discussions will address questions such as:
Given the challenges in the world, and the changing philanthropic landscape, how do you see the field changing?
What new tools, strategies and collaborative initiatives should be focused on moving forward for families, practitioners and advisors?|
How should NCFP position the Center and our programs?
What would excite and engage you personally in our collective efforts and community?
