Philanthropy Northwest is partnering with Equity Matters to host this three-part, virtual series for foundation staff and board members who are new to racial equity work or would like to review and build on their racial equity learning with peers. In this interactive, four-week course, you will: 

1. Build a community where you can develop your racial literacy skills
2. Gain a common understanding of implicit racial bias and systemic racism
3. Practice applying racial equity tools to your work to notice implicit racial bias and distinguish “access and inclusion” from racial equity
