About this event

After a successful inaugural program last year, Philanthropy Northwest is excited to partner with the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project again to offer a virtual Trust-Based Philanthropy Cohort. This program is a six-part curriculum designed for foundation leaders who are interested in bringing greater vulnerability and humility to their philanthropic practices to advance more equitable and transparent funder-grantee relationships. The curriculum will include:

  • An in-depth look at the six principles of trust-based philanthropy
  • Reflective practices on how to be a trust-based leader
  • How to build a trust-based organization
  • Peer support with trust-based practitioners
  • Case studies from different foundations that have implemented trust-based practices
  • A chance to identify and implement action steps to bring about practical, positive changes within your foundation based on the trust-based philanthropy framework

Registration

Interested individuals and organizations will need to fill out an application to be part of the cohort. Please click on the "Register Here" button or on this link to apply. Applications are due May 5, 2021.
