Help young people explore their own personal brand of leadership during a lively discussion with Erika Petrelli, Sr. Vice President of Leadership Development at The Leadership Program. Using creative activities and practical resources, this webinar will help you identify ways youth can best step into their leadership.  Discover the best methods for bringing out leadership in young people and leave with a better understanding of how staff at your organizations can ignite the leadership of youth. Erika Petrelli, Sr. Vice President of The Leadership Development at The Leadership Program

Currently a speaker, educator, blogger, and mother residing in Indiana, Erika has been in the field of education for more than 15 years and holds a Master’s degree in Secondary Education from Indiana University. She currently exercises her dynamic education experience as Vice President of Leadership Development, which is centrally housed in New York City. Erika oversees and supports the development of over 200 employees, the creation of new and evolving content and curriculum, and the implementation of services throughout the country. She is regularly invited to conferences across the country, speaking on leadership, management, training, motivation, and engagement.
