Role Responsibilities: 

Mac’s List is hiring a Customer Success Coordinator to serve our growing number of readers and customers in the Pacific Northwest. This person works in four areas: customer service, sales support, database management, and administrative support. 

Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Serve as front-line of customer support, respond to initial inquiries, and delegate to others as necessary.

  • Resolve customer bills and share receipts as necessary. 

 

Sales Support

  • Create and publish quarterly sales reports.

  • Maintain and expand a database of leads, prospects, and clients.

 

Database Management

  • Manage the company CRM, resolve database issues, and enter and update records.

  • Monitor job postings on the Mac’s List site daily and update as necessary.

 

Administrative Assistance

  • Manage scheduling for the Find Your Dream Job podcast, prepare podcast pre-interview documents and scripts, and manage post-production logistics and follow up.

  • Maintain Mac Prichard’s work calendar and contact database.​

Salary and Benefits

$40,000 to $45,000 annually, depending on experience. Includes 80% employer health insurance contribution, two weeks paid vacation, paid family leave, paid time off between Christmas and New Year’s holiday, 10 paid holidays, and 12 sick days. Employer 401k contribution and a third week of vacation after one year. Employees at Mac’s List work from home on Fridays. 

 

Supervisor

This position reports to Mac Prichard, managing director and publisher.

  • Technological mindset and ability to solve technical issues.

  • Terrific attention to detail, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.

  • Working knowledge of Schedule Once, and Google Drive. Understanding of WordPress and CRM software (SalesForce, InfusionSoft, etc.) preferred, but not required. 

  • Ability to write well free of typos and grammatical mistakes.

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, fluid work atmosphere.

  • Three to five years professional experience. College degree preferred, but not required.
