Overview
This group is for individuals working at philanthropic organizations located in and/or serving rural areas in the Northwest. They meet virtually each quarter to deepen learning, cultivate relational spaces, and talk to each other about the challenges and opportunities in their communities.
Eligibility: You need to be a Philanthropy Northwest member to join this group. Not a member yet? Learn more about how to join our collective here.
By joining this peer network, you’ll get access to:
- Quarterly meetings and other rural programming to connect and collaborate
- The Rural Funders Group listserv, where you can post questions and tap into the collective knowledge of the network (see our listserv policy here)
- Chances to highlight your organization’s work in the Rural Funders Dispatch, our e-newsletter for rural funders in the Northwest
- Opportunities to grow professionally by co-chairing the group, serving on the steering committee or speaking at events
