Transformation, in community.

Reimagining philanthropy starts with courageous conversations and collective learning. Our Learning and Community experiences are designed to spark individual and organizational growth — helping you deepen your practice, expand your perspective and lead with equity at the center.

There’s a place for you here. Whether you're looking to join a peer group, sharpen your skills or stay informed on what’s shaping the field, you’ll find opportunities to connect and grow below.

Peer Networks & Cohorts

Exchange ideas and learn from your peers through our peer networks and cohorts grounded in place, identity, funder type or role.

Skill-Building Programs

Strengthen your practice and maximize your impact through our skill-building programs: Philanthropy 101, Grantmakers with an Equity Lens and Grantmakers in Action.

Responsive Programs

Join the conversation and stay informed through responsive programs — like our Network Calls — that explore the pressing issues shaping our field, from emerging challenges to community-driven solutions.

Philanthropy Northwest Conference

Held every other year in the fall, our conference is the largest gathering of philanthropy practitioners in the Northwest. No matter your role in a grantmaking organization, the PNW conference will leave you energized and equipped with fresh ideas, practical tools and new connections to strengthen your work.

Save the Date for PNW26!

We are thrilled to host our next conference in Anchorage, Alaska, October 6-8, 2026.
