In a year filled with unprecedented complexity and uncertainty, we've walked alongside our clients as they've reflected deeply on their organizations and what is being called of them in the moment. We've supported them as they've pivoted, tested new ideas and moved forward with courage to address critical issues in their communities.
We're proud to be their partners, and excited to have supported nearly 100 clients nationally in 2021 alone.
Amid a strong year, and with mixed emotions, we share that Sindhu Knotz, who has recently been serving as our interim managing director, has made the difficult decision to end her TGP journey to explore new professional pathways. Sindhu has been with the practice for 10 years and she has shaped and grown TGP to what it is today. We are grateful for her leadership.
As we look ahead, we are taking a thoughtful and intentional approach to our process regarding future leadership. And in the meantime, our commitment to our clients and the field persists with strength and excitement for the future.
