Emily is a seasoned senior analyst dedicated to advancing racial equity and justice within the philanthropic sector. Drawing from her background working with the Institute for Economic and Racial Equity, Emily leverages her experience using participatory research, evaluation and organizational leadership with The Giving Practice at Philanthropy Northwest. She holds dual master's degrees in public policy and business administration from the Heller School at Brandeis University.
Emily lives in Portland, Oregon, where she finds solace among the mountains, indulging in hiking and camping adventures alongside her husband and dog. When not exploring the outdoors, she tends to her ever-expanding garden.
