Lalitha is an experienced consultant with over 20 years of experience in philanthropy and social impact consulting. She was the chief operating officer at the Stupski Foundation and before that, managing director at the social impact consulting firm, FSG.

Her primary interest and expertise lie at the intersection of strategy and equity. Her experience spans strategy development for philanthropy, corporations (CSR, Corporate Philanthropy and Shared Value) and collaboratives (collective impact). She lives in the hope that her work contributes, in some small way, towards building a world where everyone, especially people of color and women, can thrive. Lalitha holds a master's in business administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s in engineering from Cambridge University.

Lalitha has called the San Francisco Bay Area home for the past 25 years and still loves it. On the weekends she can be found hiking its coast and parks with her husband. That is when they are not savoring the diverse cuisine of the region or trying to replicate it in their kitchen.
