Aya is a creative strategist, storyteller, outdoor enthusiast and devoted friend. She loves synthesizing complex information into clear and compelling communications and regularly finds herself thinking in visuals. 

As a former advertising professional, Aya has had the privilege of learning from some of the most brilliant minds in the creative industry and is passionate about applying her training to advance narrative change and truth-telling for a more vibrant, inclusive and equitable world. 

When in doubt, you can find Aya outside, tending to her patio garden or camping out in the beautiful Pacific Northwest wilderness. She has also been serving on the board of the Pacific Northwest Trail Association since 2021, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to develop and manage a national scenic trail.
