Dawn is a Midwesterner who moved out west twice – first for law school in Palo Alto and then to join the philanthropic sector in Seattle after a career as an attorney and in banking. Dawn finds energy in supporting foundations and other nonprofits to serve their ultimate beneficiaries – communities, families and individuals. Dawn is passionate about helping organizations make sense of their own wisdom, knowledge and talents in service of helping create a better world for all.

Dawn brings a multi-sectoral and supportive facilitation approach to her work – whether it is helping organizations develop or shift strategies, with internal team building, business model development, equity strategy development and integration, or human capital development. She thrives in environments that may seem messy but allow for creativity and innovation to take hold and loves to help teams work through ambiguity and messiness to places where they can do their best work.

When she’s not working, cooking or binging classic sitcoms, you can find Dawn exploring the beautiful landscape and great towns of the West Coast and Intermountain West. And, seeking out the best snow for skiing.

Reach out to us to work with Dawn if your team is looking to build a new strategy from the start, shift, evolve or refresh current strategies, integrate new team members or the next generation of family members in a family foundation, or seeking to learn about and integrate equity in your work.
