For 17 years, Lisa has served nationally and internationally as a coach, a facilitator, and an educational, organizational and development consultant for both for-profit and nonprofit organizations.
Lisa is a graduate of Wellesley College and holds three advanced degrees: a Master of Arts in teaching, a Master of Arts in leadership and organizational development and a Master of Arts in psychology. She is currently completing a Ph.D. in organizational systems. She is also a certified Immunity to Change facilitator, a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer (CGT), and a Level 1 Partnership Broker. She piloted and taught the first Social Entrepreneurship course at Boise State University, and she has engaged in consulting for other universities on their social impact programming. In 2014, she was named a Social Impact Fellow by RSF Social Finance. Most recently, she led the successful efforts in Idaho to pass Benefit Corporation Legislation.
Lisa is a certified yoga instructor, a former Junior Olympic alpine ski racer and, most joyfully, a mother. She lives in the Pacific Northwest, where she loves to play in the glorious outdoors as often as possible.
