Trust-Based Philanthropy with The Giving Practice

Trust-based philanthropy (TBP) is more than a set of grantmaking practices. It’s about breaking down engrained norms to practice more equitable and more effective ways of showing up with and for our partners, grantees and communities.

It’s a holistic approach that centers power-conscious, equity-focused values to inform four key dimensions of a grantmaking organizations’ work: culture, structures, leadership and practices.

If you are new to trust-based philanthropy we encourage you to explore the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project’s (TBPP) website and resources.

For those who are ready to begin or deepen your trust-based journey, we’re here to support you.
