Allison is a committed nonprofit professional with over 12 years of service to arts, culture and community. She values transparency, active communication and adaptability as tenets for establishing trust and longstanding partnerships. As part of her personal and professional values, she is dedicated to work that increases accessibility to resources for organizations whose missions are rooted in uplifting underrecognized communities. Allison's background is in nonprofit administration and fiscal sponsorship, having most recently served as executive co-director of programs and grants management at Intersection for the Arts in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Allison currently finds home in Portland, Oregon, where she volunteers as grants co-chair for the Multnomah County Cultural Coalition and as a board member for Portland Parks & Recreation. She enjoys outdoor adventures, gardening, road trips, cooking elaborate meals and spending quality time with friends and family.
