Nathan holds a master’s in applied mathematics from the University of Washington and comes to Philanthropy Northwest with over 25 years in various public-sector, nonprofit and for-profit finance roles. Over the last several years, Nathan has developed a passion for utilizing his financial expertise both vocationally as well as by helping individuals by teaching a variety of personal finance classes.
In his spare time Nathan enjoys going to the beach and relaxing in the sun, travelling, reading, playing music and spending time with family and friends. He resides with his wife Michelle and their two cats, Mistletoe and Gingerbread, in Bothell, WA.
