Rachel is an enthusiastic Salesforce professional with a passion for building technical solutions that provide value to our organization and support user adoption. Rachel aims to streamline the technical processes in Salesforce and on our website to enhance the user experience for staff and website visitors, while capturing and maintaining the data that's important to our team. Rachel has over ten years of experience delivering business process solutions in for teams in sales, marketing, customer service, finance, nonprofit and philanthropy.

Rachel has a heart for helping others thrive in her community and has worked with various organizations that serve historically under-resourced youth and individuals experiencing homelessness. Rachel is very excited to be supporting PNW's efforts to create a more equitable world. Rachel lives in Southwest Washington with her husband, three children and two dogs. She enjoys working on various creative projects and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her family.
