Lyn is passionate about mobilizing philanthropic networks to channel resources towards communities. She is currently the director of community partnerships on the team managing the EPA Thriving Communities Program, which will re-distribute $52 million over three years to communities and tribal nations who have been negatively impacted by environmental changes in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. This passion was also reflected in her past work co-managing the Washington Equity Relief Fund for Nonprofits which re-distributed $12 million of CARES Act funding to BIPOC communities on behalf of the Washington State Department of Commerce.

Lyn is also dedicated to cultivating environments where individuals can harness their potential as catalysts for change as seen in her current involvement in leading the participatory grantmaking process with the EPA Thriving Communities Program and her work managing the Philanthropy Northwest board of directors.

Lyn is an enthusiast of the great outdoors. Joy for her is embarking on a multi-day backcountry hike with friends and family. She is a graduate of the Council on Foundation's Career Pathways, a national leadership development cohort and Lewis and Clark College.
