Karalyn is a writer and listener dedicated to authentic marketing and communications. She is interested in building connections on social media and using a variety of communications channels to showcase the impactful work being done throughout the sector in our region. Karalyn comes to Philanthropy Northwest with deep experience in social media, marketing strategy, marketing data analysis and copywriting skills, and holds a bachelor’s degree in media and communications from the School of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences at the University of Washington. Karalyn lives in a small town south of Portland, Oregon with her husband, two cats and dog. She enjoys going to book clubs, being a vendor at her local farmers markets, yoga and writing romatasy.
