Known for her collaborative leadership and practical optimism, she draws on more than a decade of experience advancing bipartisan policy and systems change across education, behavioral health, international development, economic opportunity, civil rights, gender equity and criminal justice reform.
At home in Seattle, Maddy is a Rotarian, scuba diver, party planner and frequent visitor to her local YMCA. She holds a bachelor's in psychology from Western Washington University and a master's in public administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
