Ellora is a courageous optimist, who believes that authentic relationships are the foundation to building a better world. She found her way into philanthropy unexpectedly — fresh out of college and wondering how to apply her music degree outside of the concert hall. With experience at both a community foundation and a community college foundation, Ellora has held diverse roles in grantmaking, fundraising and scholarship management. She is deeply curious about systems change and how philanthropy can leverage its unique position and collective power to create lasting impact.

Based in Eastern Washington, Ellora loves the region’s year-round sunshine and the many ways to enjoy it. Whether she’s exploring local trails or keeping up with her little ones at the playground, she finds joy in the outdoors. In rare quiet moments, you’ll find her streaming the latest shows.
