With over 15 years of experience in the social sector, Aditi is a seasoned consultant who is passionate about partnering with mission-driven organizations to deepen their social and environmental impact. She comes to The Giving Practice with extensive experience in measurement, evaluation and learning, and is excited to support organizations in using these tools to understand their impact, make better decisions and be stronger partners to their communities.

Aditi loves working with clients to achieve clarity on their impact and use evaluative thinking to have more fruitful, strategic conversations. Her work takes many forms, from articulating impact through Theory of Change, to developing MEL frameworks and tools, to gathering data and facilitating learning, or even designing an entire organization’s MEL function.

Aditi currently has her own independent consulting practice and was previously a director at FSG, where she led its strategic learning and evaluation practice. She has worked in impact measurement at the Clinton Foundation and has held roles in nonprofit and field-building organizations. Aditi has a master’s in international affairs from Columbia University and a bachelor’s in psychology and international studies from Northwestern University. She lives in the Seattle area with her husband and two children.
