We worked with Northwest Area Foundation's team to develop a trust-based application and due diligence process for their impact investing program.
Natrona Collective Health Trust
We conducted board training sessions to frame trust and transparency as fiduciary duties. We also led discussions on investment policies and due diligence on loan requests with the goal of increasing the capacity to make impact investments in the community.
Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health
We assisted the Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation in developing impact investing policies and procedures. Throughout this project, we led a workgroup to review sample policies and procedures, drafted a policy for board review and created investment analysis guidelines for the foundation.
