About this event

The annual Washington State Nonprofit Conference, hosted by Washington Nonprofits, brings together 700 nonprofit and community leaders to listen, learn, share ideas and be inspired.

Human centered design is an end user lens that is in many cases missing from work in the nonprofit sector. By integrating our clients and those people most affected by our missions into the process to design programs, craft communications and find solutions, we can deepen connections and accomplish our missions. Learn why putting people first is strategically powerful and gain insights on how to apply new concepts within your organization to make an immediate and lasting difference. Whether your mission is creating art, cleaning up watersheds or helping those in poverty, this conference will inspire and inform. Join over 700 nonprofit and community leaders to listen, learn, share your ideas and make our desired future a reality.

On May 17, you can dig deeper into human centered design, storytelling, advocacy and leadership. In inspiring and thought-provoking plenary sessions and 21 workshops at this year’s conference, you will spark your creativity and enhance your skills. Learn from highly respected nonprofit professionals who will share practical, real-world experiences and share your own success stories. Scholarships are available.

Pre-conference deep dive workshops on May 16 include Nonprofit CFO Annual Update with CliftonLarsonAllen, Risk Management with NPIP, Designing Nonprofit Programs and the Community Impact Project (Advocacy).
