About this event
The Central America Donors Forum (CADF) is the premier networking and learning space to advance philanthropy and development efforts in Central America. Each year, CADF brings together over 400 leaders from business, philanthropy, government, and civil society to discuss priority issues and successful models of development, and explore co-investment for social impact.
Throughout the Forum’s history, we have united funders and agents for change using strategies of collective action not just for change—but for progress. Forum sponsorship and support has come from: The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Banco Agricola, Banrural, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, CAMMINA, Central American Bank for Economic Integration, Ford Foundation, Hanes Brands Inc., Hispanics in Philanthropy, Inter-American Development Bank, Microsoft Corporation, Millicom/Tigo, PwC, Summit Foundation, Tinker Foundation, UN Women and USAID, among many other donors supporting the region.
Seattle International Foundation (SIF) promotes good governance and equity in Central America through the rule of law and the strengthening of civil society. Over the past ten 10 years, SIF has granted over $24 million to 243 organizations in 81 countries. In addition to its grants portfolio, SIF implements key initiatives in the region, including the Central America Donors Forum (CADF), the Central American and Mexico Youth Fund (CAMY Fund) and Centroamérica Adelante (CAA).
Hosted by the Seattle International Foundation.
