As community foundations continue to respond to the crises of COVID-19 and racism, many are engaging in deep work to align their donor-advised funds (DAF) with the vision they see for their communities. In this session, we’ll hear from East Bay Community Foundation, Innovia Foundation and Seattle Foundation on how they are working with DAF holders in new ways. The speakers will highlight how they’re addressing inactive funds as well as how they are working with donors to discourage giving to hate groups.
