We are living in an unprecedented time of challenge, ambiguity and change. Being a leader right now is difficult: you are supporting family, employees and colleagues; as a funder, you are responding to the global pandemic, racial injustice and catastrophic natural disasters; you are spending hours on video calls; and on top of it all, managing your own feelings of sadness, worry, overwhelm and more. This session will be a place to share your experiences openly and confidentially with peers, offering you a chance to receive and lend support to each other as foundation leaders. We will explore ways to cope, share resources to help you adapt your leadership to the moment and simply serve as a warm gathering space to be together as we navigate through this difficult period.
