During this interactive session, Satterberg Foundation Executive Director Sarah Walczyk will share reflections and lessons from their 2022-2025 North Star strategy process. Participants will hear details about how the foundation built on aligned aspirations, values and identity and thought expansively to develop a strategic plan that covers ten years in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world. Sarah will be joined by board members, staff and community partners to provide additional insight into Satterberg’s trust-based strategy process, and surface insights other foundations can adopt for their own strategy development process.
