Philanthropy can be tough! In addition to the usual work pressures and expectations, many of us are now working whenever and wherever, making it even harder to pull away. We want to support our people and keep them happy at work. This session will explore strategies for our organizations to support self-care and partner with employees to prevent burnout. We will hear from leaders in the field doing just that, from an institutional level and individual level.
