Oregon Economic Justice Roundtable (OEJR), is a shared table of funders and advocates and other nonprofit organizations advancing collective, sustained action for racial and economic justice. OEJR believes racial economic justice requires new approaches toward the creation, transfer and redistribution of wealth, power and intentional wealth generation. Leaders in this session will share the process and partnerships of innovative new research on racial wealth gaps as well as the Roundtable's intentional design, principles and operations in the journey to build trust among members and shift narratives, systems, power dynamics and funder practices. They will also share the questions and challenges that arise along the way and offer strategies to replicate community-centered collective action in your communities.
