Keynote Speakers:
Laura van Dernoot Lipsky will launch the day with an energizing, personal, and inspiring message of how, as nonprofit leaders, we can take care of ourselves and our communities during times of overwhelm.
Later in the day, two people of influence and vision, Ruth McCambridge, editor-in-chief of Nonprofit Quarterly, and Edgar Villanueva, author of Decolonizing Wealth: Indigenous Wisdom to Heal Divides and Restore Balance, will join in a public conversation about the future of nonprofits and philanthropy. They each are in the thick of it, their fingers on the pulse. They have much to say and are informed by the perspectives and experiences of many. Our communities are on the line.
Who should attend:
Join people working for the greater good, namely nonprofit staff members and volunteers, philanthropy leaders, government agency representatives and engaged citizens. Whether you are new to the field or a seasoned expert, representing a large organization or grassroots community group, this conference is the place to engage with your professional community.
