About this event
Do you care about health, education, workforce development, domestic violence, economic mobility, criminal justice, or building vibrant communities? Then you also care about housing and homelessness! Housing stability influences outcomes across many sectors, and there is research to prove it.
In this webinar, Funders Together to End Homelessness will share how housing and homelessness is connected to almost all other systems and how, no matter what your funding priorities are, you can and should think about the role housing stability plays in the success of your community. Two funders from the Pacific Northwest will share how they think about the role housing plays in their grantmaking portfolios, even if they aren’t focused specifically on housing and homelessness.
At the end of this webinar, we hope you will:
- Understand how housing and homelessness intersect with nearly all other sectors,
- Have learned from other funders about how they incorporate housing stability and homelessness into their grant portfolios, and
- Walk away with new ideas or questions you can ask your grantees and community around their work and housing stability.
Please note: This webinar is open to all Philanthropy Northwest members. If you are not a member of Philanthropy Northwest, we encourage you to register via Funders Together to End Homelessness. While the scope of this call will be regional, with Northwest examples, there may be funders on the call from other parts of the country, to learn from our region.
