About this event
This session part of a six-part curriculum and is only open to members of the Trust-Based Philanthropy Cohort.
Philanthropy Northwest is partnering with the Trust-Based Philanthropy Project to offer this virtual Trust-Based Philanthropy Cohort. This is the third session in a six-part curriculum designed for foundation leaders who are interested in bringing greater vulnerability and humility to their philanthropic practices to advance more equitable and transparent funder-grantee relationships.
What do relationships and structures look like in a trust-based organization? Becoming a trust-based organization requires cultural and systemic alignment from board members, staff, grantees and communities. In this session, participants will learn about different approaches and tools used by organizations working to become trust-based. This conversation will focus on the different parts of a foundation’s operations and ecosystems.
