Workshop: Concealed and Resistance Stories

Workshop: Concealed and Resistance Stories

What are the stories that are often concealed or hidden in our communities? What can we learn from these stories that push the status quo? Storytellers for Change will lead us in our third workshop of the series focused on concealed and resistance stories.

“Stories have been used to dispossess and to malign. But stories can also be used to empower, and to humanize." - Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

Workshop Series Description: Stories and narratives, and storytellers themselves, play a critical role in shaping culture, systems and how we frame our priorities and possibilities. Through a combination of experiential learning, critical dialogues and art-based activities, we will harvest our collective wisdom to craft new approaches to advance equity and justice in our sector.
