Two new philanthropic initiatives, backed by Seattle Foundation, are piloting innovative ways to help more workers and working families get housing. The Evergreen Impact Housing Fund and Black Home Initiative, in partnership with Microsoft, have taken creative approaches to generate more funding by aligning with existing players in housing and advocating for better policies. Through this panel presentation and interactive discussion, audience members will gain insight into the unique role of cross-sector partnerships and accompanying policy work to drive more resources to affordable housing production, especially for BIPOC developers and families.
