Audrey is a thoughtful operational specialist dedicated to ensuring processes work to empower her team. She is interested in the intersection of systems and people, particularly how to leverage systems change to serve community. Audrey comes to Philanthropy Northwest with a background in workforce development and disability inclusion, having previously worked for a Seattle-based nonprofit. She holds a bachelor's of arts degree in international relations and political science from Gonzaga University.

Audrey lives in Seattle with her partner, Casey, and can be found holding an iced coffee any time of the year. She loves supporting local art and music shows, reading or petting dogs as she runs through her neighborhood.
