Jessica is an expert at prioritizing the human in human resources and she strives to build meaningful connections to partner with and empower those around her. Jessica considers herself a pragmatic optimist who thrives in the unknown, making her the ideal person to have around. Jessica has spent much of her career building teams at biotech and aerospace startups and most recently served as a people strategy partner at a multi-state healthcare system. Raised between households in Tacoma and Seattle, Jessica ventured to the east coast where she attended Boston University and later earned her master's degree in nonprofit management from Northeastern University.

Jessica has settled down in the West Seattle neighborhood with her husband and their dog Sophie. During her free time, you can either find Jessica traveling or fully embracing the home life where she tends to her garden and slowly makes her way through her home-maintenance list.
