Kathy is a loving and compassionate individual who has strong interest in helping solve real-world challenges through the use of technology. Kathy comes to Philanthropy Northwest with deep knowledge and experience in product/program management, UX/UI design, software development, information technology and related fields. She feels enjoyment, passion and value when using her wide range of technical skills and abilities to contribute to meaningful and rewarding work. Kathy holds a bachelor of science degree in information systems with concentrations in human-computer interaction and health and wellness from the University of Washington.

Kathy was born and raised in the Greater Seattle Area her whole life and feels lucky to call the Pacific Northwest her home. She is a proud, first-generation, full Burmese Asian American who comes from an amazing and supportive immigrant family. Outside of her work life, she loves going to the gym, attending live music shows with friends, fashion, raising her puppy, baking, trying out new makeup products, traveling, podcasts and so much more!
