Taylor is a community organizer and facilitator, committed to moving money, power and access to historically marginalized communities. They have a keen interest in building intentional and trust-based relationships towards the goal of maximizing the impact of philanthropy and prioritizing community needs and leadership. Taylor comes to this work with rich experiences in community-based nonprofits across the country, focused on racial equity and justice, gender justice and the closure of the opportunity gap. She holds a bachelor's degree in political science focusing on Black political thought from Howard University, and a master’s in nonprofit leadership from Seattle University.

Taylor resides in the Puget Sound with their spouse, Autumn, and fur baby, Eloise Fitzgerald (Ellie for short). She enjoys spending time with family, making functional pottery that resembles food and engaging with her book club.
