New Thriving Communities Grants Available
Philanthropy Northwest will be distributing $40 million in grants over the next three years to communities and tribal nations in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington. These funds are intended for projects that address a range of environmental issues and focus on promoting healthy communities.
Thriving Communities grants will fund community-led projects, such as environmental cleanups, emergency preparedness and disaster relief, green jobs training and youth programs, air or water quality improvements, local food access, healthy homes and more.
Tribal nations, nonprofits, local governments and higher education institutions that have been disproportionately impacted by environmental change are encouraged to learn more and apply at https://bit.ly/3zhxcOo.
