Both the Washington Community Foundation Convening and Annual Conference will take place at the Hilton Vancouver Washington. Lodging at the conference the hotel is fully booked. Accommodations are still available at the overflow hotel.

What time does the conference begin and end? The conference will begin on Tuesday, Oct 3 at 12:00pm and end on Thursday, Oct 5 at 2:00pm.

Check-In/Out Time: Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. An early arrival fee of $75 will be applied if you check in before 4:00pm (i.e., if you want to see your room). If you arrive before 4:00pm and are not going to check-in early, the Bell Stand can hold your luggage, free of charge, until your room is ready for check-in.
Early Departure: You should advise the hotel of any changes in your planned length of stay at or before check-in, as you will be charged an early departure fee ($75).
