A retrospective on 2020.

A year like no other, 2020 challenged philanthropy to show up for our communities and each other like never before. As the COVID-19 pandemic persisted and protests around the country brought historic and present-day racial injustices to the forefront, we came together. Our members shared solutions and confided in one another during a time when connection seemed scarce. We know that there is much more to be done, but our reflection on what we did in 2020 challenges us to re-think how philanthropy can operate going forward. This one-minute video replaces the traditional print annual report, with an active reflection on the work Philanthropy Northwest and our funders did throughout 2020.
