SkillUp Washington and The Aspen Institute present Zeynep Ton, MIT Sloan School professor and author of the Good Jobs Strategy, to discuss her findings on business and employment practices that create successful enterprises and a strong workforce. Ton's research shows that every additional dollar paid to employees resulted in anywhere from $10- 28 dollars of additional profit.  Richard Galanti, Costco’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Director will discuss Costco's business model. Maureen Conway from The Aspen Institute, will be facilitating the discussion.
